PURPOSE: A foot massage plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which enhance durability without crack of a substrate by burying natural gravel. CONSTITUTION: A foot massage plate manufacturing method comprises a first process, a second process, a primary hardening process, and a second hardening process. In the first process, artificial silica sand(4) or natural silica sand are mixed with epoxy resin(2) at the weight ratio of 20~40% : 60~80% and substrate composition(10) of the foot massage plate is prepared by mixing the substrate composition homogeneously. In the second process, the substrate composition is poured into the molding frame and the surface is leveled. In the primary hardening process, the substrate composition in which the natural gravel is inserted is hardened at 35-40 deg.C for more than 12 hours. In the second hardening process, transparent epoxy resin is applied on the natural gravel surrounding. |
