摘要 PURPOSE: A failure sensing method for a flow proportional control valve equipped with a flow sensor interworking with a gas boiler is provided to make a customer receive a/s easily by informing a customer of the determined result by automatically determining whether or not a flow proportional control valve is out of order. CONSTITUTION: A failure sensing method for a flow proportional control valve equipped with a flow sensor interworking with a gas boiler is composed of the steps of performing a pilot-test in a Micom after a boiler is installed initially, computing the number of the flow proportional control valves in a general mode(S3), confirming whether the number of the opened flow proportional control valves is larger than zero(S4), executing a heating mode if the number of the opened flow proportional control valves is larger than zero(S5), setting the target flow about pipes connected to the opened flow proportional control valves, and mutually comparing the flows by measuring the target flow and the actual flow.
