COVER UNIFICATION TYPED AIRBAG CUSHION AND AIRBAG SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A cover-integrated air bag cushion and an airbag system using the same are provided to improve processes by excellent air bag cushion assembling performance and to improve deployment performance of the air bag. CONSTITUTION: A cover-integrated air bag cushion formed by folding an air bag cushion composed of fabric or non-woven fabric. The average thickness of a cover for the air bag cushion is 0.1-2.0mm. The fabric or the non-woven fabric is composed of one or more kinds of synthetic fibers selected from the group of nylon fiber, polyester fiber, polyolefine fiber, and aramid-based fiber. The seam strength of the cover for the air bag cushion and a folded part of the air bag cushion is 600-3500N. The tensile strength of the cover for the air bag cushion is 50-1000 kgf/5cm.
