PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a speech recognition device to cope with plural speakers without excessively burdening a user even though the device adopts a speech recognition algorism by a specified speaker. SOLUTION: Plural telephone directrory tables for private person 5-3 in which destination information including detination names and telephone numbers and speech data corresponding to input speech are registered in a speaker unit by being made to correspond to each other and ID tables for private person 5-2 in which speech data which express respective telephone directory tables for private person and correspond to the input speech are made to correspond to the respective telephone directory tables are stored in the memory of this device. When one of the telephone directory tables for private person registed in the ID tables for private person 5-2 is specified by the result of a speech recognition with respect to an input voice, destination information are obtained by performing the recognizing processing of the speech inputted thereafter while using the speech data registered in the specified telephone directory table for private person 5-3.
