PURPOSE: A lipophilic nanocapsule powder containing dihydroquercetin and a cosmetic composition containing the same are provided to ensure excellent stability to the light, heat, air, and humid and have uniform size of particle. CONSTITUTION: A nanocapsule powder is obtained by dipping dihydroquercetin in porous nanosilica and coating the particle surface with a lipophilic polymer to improve the particle surface. The lipophilic polymer is dimethiconol.
