Provide is a laser welding apparatus capable of performing laser welding while holding conductors so as not to have the tips of the conductors deviated from their positions on terminals. The laser welding apparatus (10) is provided for laser-welding the conductors and the terminals provided at an object to be welded. The laser welding apparatus is provided with a first holding member (12) and a second holding member (15). The first holding member is placed on a surface having the terminals of the object to be welded and has guide parts recessed in U-shapes in plane view for guiding the tips of the conductors onto the terminals. The second holding member presses the conductors while the tips of the conductors are introduced in the guide parts. The laser welding apparatus (10) performs laser welding by applying laser beams to the conductors on the tip sides of positions pressed by the second holding member (15). |
