PURPOSE: A system and a method for processing prepayment approval and a program recording medium therefor are provided to enable an employee to report a simplified tax bill received from a business man through groupware after the employee pre-pays costs related to a work and approve the reported simplified tax bill in real time, thereby improving work efficiency related to the simplified tax bill. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing prepayment approval comprises the following steps. When a company employee pre-pays costs related to a work, an interface for inputting prepayment approval request information about prepayment of costs is provided to a wireless terminal(193) of the employee. If the prepayment approval request information is inputted through the interface, a payment approval request document including prepayment approval request information is generated to report it according to a payment order. If the payment is approved, prepayment approval information corresponding to the prepayment approval request information is transmitted to a wireless terminal of the employee. Employee information and prepayment cost information corresponding to the prepayment approval information are checked. |
