SELECTED MEAL CONTAINING CEREALS AND VEGETABLES USING PUMKIN-SWEET POTATO AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Functional food using pumpkin sweet potato and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer nutritional, palability, and healthful functions etc, and to increase water soluble components. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of pumpkin sweet potato functional food includes the following steps of: manufacturing pumpkin sweet potato powder by drying and pulverizing the potato; drying and roasting cereals; roasting and pulverizing the washed beans; hydrating and pulverizing vegetables; and mixing the pumpkin sweet potato powder, the cereal powder, the bean powder, and the vegetable powder. Additives are made of palatinose, oligosaccharide powder, and salt, etc.
