PURPOSE: An optical system of a laser medical appliance is provided to set a patient at ease when laser is irradiated in a skin for the first time by recognizing an oscillation state of the laser. CONSTITUTION: An optical system(120) of a laser medical appliance recognizes an oscillation state of laser. The optical system of the laser medical appliance includes a main body and a reflective mirror(124). A laser oscillator is included in the main body. The reflective mirror is included in a joint part in order to reflect the laser, and connects a hand piece(140). The optical system of the laser medical appliance is made of transparent or translucent material.
