PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a high intensity cemented alloy is provided to increase hardness and density with hot isostatic pressing after vacuum sintering of cobalt compound powder and tungsten carbide powder or tungsten carbide. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a high intensity cemented alloy comprises followings. Cemented alloy molding is made by mixing prepared material in a material preparation step(S100) and a material mixing step(S200). Pressure is added on the mixed material in a pressure molding step(S300). A shaping aid included inside a molding product is removed in a de-binding step(S400). The molding product is vacuum-sintered in a vacuum sinter step(S500). The cemented alloy is formed with hot isostatic pressing in a hot isostatic pressing step(S600).
