A composite implant and a method of manufacturing the same are provided, which enable to easily control the organism decomposition speed. A manufacturing method of the composite implant comprises: a step of preparing a porous structure made of titanium or the titanium alloy, Co-CR alloy, and stainless steel etc, a porous structure made of calcium phosphate alumina, zirconia, and magnesia etc, and a porous structure made of polymer including inactive polymer like the polyethylene, the polylactic acid, and polyglycolic acid; a step of forming the composite in which pore of the porous structure is filled with biodegradable magnesium alloy; and a step of heat-treating, processing, and molding the composite.
