PURPOSE: A gate driver is provided to prevent power consumption due to a conventional diode structure by making a node floating and inducing bootstrapping using scan pulse supplied to an input terminal. CONSTITUTION: A gate driver includes a shifter register and a level shifter, and a shift register successively outputs a scan pulses. A level shifter receives the scan pulse from the shift register through a plurality of input terminals(IT). The level shifter controls the scan pulses as much as so that it drive gate lines of a liquid crystal panel. The level shifter supplies the scan pulses of which the size is adjusted to a gate lines through the plural output terminal(OT). The level shifter includes a first switching element(Tr1), a second switching element(Tr2), a third switching element(Tr3), and a capacitor(C).
