<p>The optical element or component comprises a glass or a transparent polymer substrate, and an interference layer, which comprises a transparent, electrically conductive layer with an optical thickness of 3lambda /4 to antireflection wavelength, and layers of an inorganic material with a refractive index (n) of greater than 1.6 at a thickness of 10-200 nm, where the interference layer system is designed so that a residual reflection of = 3% (spectral range of 400-680 nm) results. A layer with low refractive index and a layer with high refractive index are arranged below the conductive layer.
