LONGI-AUTO-WELDING MACHINE AND THE OPERATING PROCESS FOR REDUCING NON-WELDING LINE

PURPOSE: An LONGI automatic welding method and method thereof are provided to minimize a non-welded section necessary manual welding operation by installing a plate guide roller and controlling a welding head. CONSTITUTION: An LONGI automatic welding device for minimizing a non-welded section includes a plurality of LONGI guide roller(20), a plate guide roller(30), and a welding head(10). The LONGI guide roller and the plate guide roller guide a welding torch according to the LONGI and a plate. The welding head is formed corresponding to a curve of the LONGI pivotally. The non-welded section is included on a LONGI front and a LONOGI rear ends due to drooping and crack of the welding head.
