PURPOSE: A dust collecting apparatus of a cutter having a duct line is provided to add pressure of a blower concentratedly on a part in which dust is generated without loss of pressure by the duct line having an elastic blocking plate. CONSTITUTION: A dust collecting apparatus of a cutter includes a driving shaft(20), a driving motor(30), a first basket(40), a second basket(50), a duct line(60), and a blower(70). The driving shaft is installed at both sides of a table(3). The driving motor rotates the driving shaft. The first basket is installed at both sides of the table movably. The duct line is installed according to the table. The duct line includes an opening part and an elastic blocking plate. The opening part includes a vent movably. The blower adds pressure to the duct line.
