PURPOSE: A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery and a lithium secondary battery comprising the same are provided to improve swelling phenomenon of a battery by suppressing the decomposition reaction of carbonate-based organic solvent even if a battery is kept at a high temperature in the fully charged state and the charging/discharging is progressed. CONSTITUTION: A non-aqueous electrolyte solution for a lithium secondary battery includes lithium salt, carbonate-based organic solvent, and fluorine-containing sulfonate compound. The fluorine-containing sulfonate compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, x is an integer of 1 ~ 4, y is an integer of 1 ~ 2, and R11 and R12 are hydrogen atom or C1-2 alkyl group.
