PURPOSE: An apparatus for integratedly managing resources is provided to manage the entrance permission of a person who comes in and out a construction site and information about the storage/delivery of construction equipment in real time. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for integratedly managing resources comprises a data storage unit(130), a card reader unit(110), an image photographing unit(112), a data comparing unit(132), a data output unit(116) and a data communication unit(120). In the data storage unit, intrinsic numbers are stored. An intrinsic number consists of personal information, coronary blood flow information of a person who is permitted to enter a construction side, license plate number of the person and encryption codes. The card reader unit reads the intrinsic number through an information recognition card.
