A method for manufacturing tissue is provided to maintain functions continuously such as antibiotic and sterilizing properties by using silver powder, and to prevent skin problems by exterminating germs. A method for manufacturing tissue includes the following steps of: making a first agent by mixing and agitating stearic acid, mineral oil, and caprylictriglycerine; making a second agent by mixing and agitating functional chemical, propyleneglycol, benzoic acid, and purified water; mixing the first and the second agents; dispersing a compound in the other liquid with by using a surfactant; mixing silver powder having concentration of 0.1 ~1000ppm with a final compound; and applying or dipping the compound on the tissue. |
