A SPRAY-LINING SPRAY SYSTEM FOR THE REHABILITATION OF DETERIORATED PIPES

A lining spray apparatus connecting cable of an old piping is provided to minimize the repair time and cost of the old piping by preventing the excavation of the road for the old piping replacement. A lining spray apparatus connecting cable of an old piping comprises a resin pipe(110), a hardener pipe(120), a hot water supply pipe(130), hot water collecting pipes, an air pipe(150), a glass-fiber rod(160) and a CCTV cable. The resin pipe supplies the resin. The hardener pipe supplies the hardener to be mixed with the resin. The hot water supply pipe supplies the hot water in order to make the hardener keep the apt temperature for spraying. The hot water collecting pipe collects the hot water. The air pipe sprays the polyureaurethane mixed with the resin and the hardener. The air of the optimal pressure is supplied to a head unit of a spray apparatus(70). The glass-fiber rod controls the elasticity of the connecting cable. The CCTV cable is connected to a CCTV camera device(71) in order to observe the piping state and lining state.
