A method and a module for a collaborative control of a phase modifying equipment of a substation are provided to improve durability and control efficiency of an FACTS(Flexible AC Transmission System) by increasing a voltage control effect of the FACTS. A voltage data receiving part(151) receives a system voltage and a target voltage about a primary circuit and a secondary circuit of a substation, and calculates a primary voltage deviation and a secondary voltage deviation. An operation phase modifying equipment determining part(152) determines an operation phase modifying equipment through the primary voltage deviation and the secondary voltage deviation calculated by the voltage data receiving part. A calculating part(155) calculates an input amount of a shunt reactor. A calculating part(156) calculates an input amount of a parallel capacitor. A calculating part(157) calculates a control amount of a load tap switching device.
