LOAD-APPLYNG APPARATUS FOR CONJUGATION AT HIGH-TEMPERATURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

A load applying apparatus for conjugation at high-temperature and a manufacturing method thereof is provided to maintain the elastic function in high temperature by reducing the manufacturing cost and having the high heat resistance. A load applying apparatus for conjugation at high-temperature is comprised as a spring shape to apply the load in conjugation at high-temperature. The load applying apparatus is made of graphite or molybdenum. The graphite is the isotropy graphite. The load applying apparatus for conjugation at high-temperature is equipped with a coil spring. The spring constant of the spring is obtained by using the linear equation of y=ax+b.
