A functional toothpaste composition containing a nano silver is provided to suppress the oxidation of nano particle in the air and improve safety of paste with anti-bacterial and anti-inflammation. A functional toothpaste composition containing a nano silver 0.005 weight% of each wild ginseng extract, astaxanthin, and collagen. An ultra micro pure silver particle is contained in 0.01-1 weight% based on the toothpaste base. The surface of the pure silver is coated in the thickness of angstrom. The toothpaste base comprises 5-15 weight% of abrasive, 30-60 weight% of moisturizing agent, 0.3-3.0 weight% of foaming agent, 1-8 weight% of binder, and 0.1-0.5 weight% of sweetener.
