PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated optical element capable of suppressing instability of a mode of a laser light. SOLUTION: The integrated optical element 10A is provided with an active portion 100, a multiplex resonator consisting of a plurality of resonators 160A, 160B, and optical waveguides 140B, 140D. The optical waveguides 140B, 140D each have an output port for outputting a part of propagated light not transferring to the multiplex resonator in optical coupling regions 170A, 170D.
