METHOD FOR SUPPORTING UE MOBILITY BETWEEN MACRO CELL AND HNB CELL

A method for supporting UE moving between macro cell and home node B (HNB), includes the following steps: Macro node B obtains related HNB information and HNB information which UE can access from a network; A MME(Mobile Management Entity) receives UE accessible HNB information from a higher layer network entity; and the MME sends the UE accessible HNB information to an eNB, wherein the eNB determines a handover based on the UE accessible HNB information. With the method of the present invention, the macro cell can obtain UE accessible HNB information from the network, so as to enable the network to control UE measurement and assist UE handover between macro cell and HNB cell.
