<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document information management device and a document information management program for managing information including content to be output on sheets as electronic data. <P>SOLUTION: When electronic mail received by a mail processor 100 is printed by an output device 210, the output device 210 prints (sheet-output) electronic mail with an image to specify ID applied to the processing of printing. Also, the ID is managed by an input/output recording part 105 so as to be associated with the ID of the received electronic mail.
