摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply circuit that improves reliability by minimizing the potential difference between adjoining terminals, thereby preventing corrosion of the terminals. SOLUTION: The power supply circuit includes first and second charge transfer transistors T1 and T2 connected in series, and third and fourth charge transfer transistors T3 and T4 connected in series. A terminal P1 is connected to the connection node of the T1 and T2. A terminal P2 is connected to the connection node of the T3 and T4. A terminal P3 is connected to the drains of the T2 and T4. A clock DDCLK is applied to a terminal P4. A clock BDDCLK is applied to a terminal P5. A flying capacitor C1 is connected between the terminals P1 and P5, and a flying capacitor C2 is connected between the terminals P2 and P4. A power supply potential VDD is applied to the sources of the T1 and T3. The terminals P1-P5 are arranged in the order of P1, P3, P2, P4, and P5.
