<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding material capable of reducing the weld solidification crack sensitivity of an austenitic alloy having high P content and subjected to complete austenitic solidification. <P>SOLUTION: A welding material for use in welding a base material made of an austenitic alloy containing, C: ≤2.0%, Si: ≤4.0%, Mn:0.01-3.0%, P: >0.03% to 0.3%, S: ≤0.03%, Cr: 12-35%, Ni: 6-80%, sol. Al: 0.001-5% and N: ≤0.3% with the balance consisting of Fe and impurities to a base material made of another austenitic alloy, which contains C: >0.3% to 3.0%, Si: ≤4.0%, Mn: ≤3.0%, P: ≤0.03%, S: ≤0.03%, Cr: >22% to 55%, Ni: >30% to 70%, sol. Al: 0.001-1%, and N: ≤0.3% with the balance consisting of Fe and impurities. The welding material may further contain one or more elements selected from Cu, Mo, W, V, Nb, Ti, Ta, Zr, Hf, Co, B, Ca, Mg, and REM in specific amounts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
