<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact window elevating apparatus of a rear door for a vehicle capable of achieving excellent work efficiency of assembly work. <P>SOLUTION: This window elevating apparatus of a rear door for a vehicle includes a door body part having a window opening surrounded by an upper fringe part of a door panel and a door frame, a division bar formed separately from the door body part and attached to the door body part to divide the window opening into front and rear parts, and window glass supported in a front window opening part divided by the division bar.
