<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of displaying reputation information linking between documents accessible via a network, in such a way that users are easy to view the information. <P>SOLUTION: An information acquisition unit 102 obtains reputation information from a reputation extraction device 200, and obtains link information that indicates links between Web pages from a link extraction device 300. An information coupling unit 103 couples together the reputation information and the link information obtaind by the information acquisition unit 102 and generates reputation-link information.
