PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control circuit device which allows a plurality of circuit boards to be located and firmly fixed at the upper side and the lower side without providing a new mounting space on a circuit board at the lower side. SOLUTION: A driver board 5 having an electronic circuit is fixed on the bottom face 3a of a housing case 2 of the control circuit device 1. A fitting stay 8 is erected at the center of the driver board 5, with one end of the stay 8 coupled to one end 17a of a holding bracket 16 of which the other end 17b is fixed to the periphery of the bottom face 3a. One side 7a of a CPU board 7 is fitted to the holding bracket 16 while another side 7b opposite to the side 7a of the CPU board 7 is fitted to a side wall 3b of the housing case 2 via a retainer 20.
