<p>The method comprises producing a paper web (9) in a paper machine, guiding the paper web into a first coater station, producing a first coating layer on a first side of the web, guiding the web into a second coater station, and producing a second coating layer on the first coating layer in the second coater station. The web is arranged in a production phase of the first coating layer, so that it simultaneously passes over a film coating device and a blade-coating device (5). The first coating layer is produced with a film coating process (1) or a blade coating process. The method comprises producing a paper web (9) in a paper machine, guiding the paper web into a first coater station, producing a first coating layer on a first side of the web, guiding the web into a second coater station, and producing a second coating layer on the first coating layer in the second coater station. The web is arranged in a production phase of the first coating layer, so that it simultaneously passes over a film coating device and a blade-coating device (5). The first coating layer is produced with a film coating process (1) or a blade coating process and is changed to other mode of the production without separating the web. The web in the first coating phase is first guided into the film coating device and then to the blade-coating device over an expander roller without supporting the web between the coating devices as long as the blade-coating device is present in operation mode. The web in the production phase, which follows up the production of the first coating layer, is guided to pass over the coating devices. An independent claim is included for an arrangement for the realization of an online production process for carrying out a multi-layer coating.</p> |
