摘要 <p>Disclosed herein is a method and apparatus for measuring chromaticity of light emitted by a light source including an electroluminescent light-emitting element (202) and a photoluminescent material (204) optically coupled thereto. The apparatus includes a sensing system (210) configured to supply a first measurement indicative of intensity of light emitted by the electroluminescent light emitting element and a second measurement indicative of intensity of light emitted by the photoluminescent material; an initial chromaticity measurement system (240) configured to supply a first chromaticity measurement of light emitted by the electroluminescent light-emitting element; and a processing system (230), operatively coupled to the sensing system (210) and the initial chromaticity measurement system (240), configured to determine an overall chromaticity measurement of light emitted by the light source using the first measurement, the second measurement, the first chromaticity measurement, and prespecified information regarding chromaticity of light emitted by the photoluminescent material.</p>
