PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device with a torque damper, wherein a rotating shaft on which the torque damper is provided has a reduced axial size and a reduced weight. SOLUTION: The torque damper 100 for absorbing the excessive torque of a travel clutch 70 in a torque transmission passage between an output shaft 72 and an intermediate shaft 90 includes an input cam member 101 to which the torque of the output shaft 72 is input, and an output cam member 102. On the input cam member 101 rotatably supported on the intermediate shaft 90, a driven gear 93 is provided for inputting the torque of the output shaft 72 to the input cam member 101. In the torque damper 100, a torque absorbing portion 100a for absorbing the excessive torque is formed which consists of an input cam portion 101a of the input cam member 101 and an output cam portion 102 of the output cam member 102, and arranged between a pair of bearings 94, 95.
