PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel device in a table in which the panel device can be manufactured in a simple constitution and a closed condition shielding the space above the top panel and an opened condition for looking at the space ahead of the panel body can easily be switched using a panel body. SOLUTION: At least either of the panel bodies 4, 5 can slidably move, first transmitting portions 13 having a predetermined character and second transmitting portions 14 having a character different from that of the first transmitting portions 13 are arranged in the respective panel bodies 4, 5, the transmittancy of the whole panel bodies 4, 5 when the first transmitting portions 13 themselves and the second transmitting portions 14 in the respective panel bodies 4, 5 are superimposed and the transmittancy of the whole panel body 4 when the first transmitting portions 13 and the second transmitting portions 14 in the panel bodies 4, 5 are superimposed are different.
