<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell device excelling in load variation followability, and capable of providing stable power output, in a fuel cell device with a fuel cell combined with another power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell device includes: a first power converter to output power by keeping a voltage at a constant value based on input from a fuel cell; a second power converter to output power by keeping a voltage at a constant value based on input from a power supply; a connection path setter changing a connection path among a load, the first power converter, and the second power converter; a current detector detecting the output current of the fuel cell; and a controller. The controller controls the connection path by the connection path setter based on the detection value of the current detector, the output voltage of the fuel cell, that of the power supply, that of the first power converter, and that of the second power converter, and controls timing of the operations of the first power converter and the second power converter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
