PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet type electric outlet adapter capable of safely assembling without deforming a contact spring when combining a body and a cover. SOLUTION: The magnet type electric outlet adapter includes a first adapter half-body A composed a body 1 for combining a box-shaped body 10 with a pair of plug blades 12 capable of being inserted into and pulling out of an outlet and a terminal 13 and a box-shaped cover 11 having through-holes 14a, 19a on one surface, and a second adapter half-body B composed of a body 2 for storing a pair of terminal pins 20 and a pair of blade-receiving sections. The terminal 13 is formed of contact springs 13a which are elastically touched by the terminal pin 20 and are flexible in the inserting direction of the terminal pin 20, respective holding sections 10c are arranged on both sides orthogonal to one surface in the box-shaped body 10, and the cover 11 is arranged so that an angle between a normal direction of the one surface and an inserting and pulling-out direction of the plug blade 12 is an obtuse angle and a direction parallel to a combining surface of the body 10 on the holding section 10c and the cover 11 and the normal direction of the one surface are consistent with each other.
