PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal laminate which has a resin layer consisting of a polyimide copolymer, free from a corrosion of an apparatus in a molding process and a lead-free solder reflow process, has a heat resistance and a flexibility, and excellent in flexibility. SOLUTION: The metal laminate is obtained by producing a metal laminate containing a polyimide copolymer, as a resin layer, which has a specific structure and a specific carboxyl group content.
