PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a precast member capable of improving loading efficiency when the precast member is carried into a construction site and of easily connecting the main reinforcement of the precast member and the main reinforcement of an existing member to each other. SOLUTION: In this joint structure 1 for joining the joint member 2 (precast member) to the existing member 3, the main reinforcements 20, 30 are arranged on the joint member 2 and the existing member 3, respectively, recesses 2b, 3b are formed in the joint end surfaces 2a, 3a of the joint member 2 and the existing member 3, respectively, and joint members 21, 31 attached to the ends of the main reinforcements 20, 30, respectively, are arranged in the recesses 2b, 3b, respectively. The joint end surface 2a of the joint member 2 abuts on the joint end surface 3a of the existing member 3. The joint members 21, 31 attached to the main reinforcements 20, 30 of the joint member 2 and the existing member 3, respectively, are connected to each other with bolts B1 and nuts N1 (connection members).
