PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unerringly prevent a fraudulent act such as fraudulently opening of a case by a simple structure. SOLUTION: Sealing portion 611 is provided on one side of a pair of opposite sides of a first case 61, and a first case side sealing seal pasting portion 612 facing a second case side sealing seal pasting portion 621 provided in a second case 62 is provided on the other side of the pair. The first case side sealing seal pasting portion 612 and the second case side sealing seal pasting portion 621 are mutually fixed by a screw 11.
