摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display system where additional thin film transistors are increased in a pixel structure, and bias voltage is applied, thus electrons entering a gate dielectric layer are returned, so as to prevent threshold voltage shift. <P>SOLUTION: The image display system comprises: a self-emitting display device including an array substrate having a pixel region; a light-emitting diode disposed on the array substrate of the pixel region; a first driving thin film transistor electrically connected to the light-emitting diode, and including a first gate and an active layer stacked on the array substrate of the pixel region; a second driving thin film transistor electrically connected to the light-emitting diode, and including the active layer and a second gate stacked on the active layer.
