PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing system for a deck crane capable of easily manufacturing the deck crane at a low place having a crane with a small capacity and enabling mass production. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the deck crane, a body 1 of the deck crane is assembled in a factory where a large size crane 8 is arranged at the outside 6 adjacent to a building 5 having a small size crane 4. The manufacturing method is provided with a first assembling step of performing small assembling for mounting a drive part 3 to a base part 2 of the body 1 using the small size crane 4 in the building 5; a conveying out step of conveying out the base part 2 to the outside 6 by a conveying truck 9 after the first assembling step; and a second assembling step of performing large assembling for mounting a tall housing 7 for covering the drive part 3 to the base part 2 using the large size crane 8 in the outside 6 after the conveying out step.
