<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a business ability diagnostic system for correctly measuring practical and business-demanded ability demanded for duty performance in a business field. <P>SOLUTION: In the business ability diagnostic system, an administrator terminal installed on the side of an administrator for executing business ability diagnosis and an examinee terminal installed on the examinee side are connected to an administration management server via a communication network. The administration management server is provided with: a question/answer transmission means for transmitting alternatives of questions and answers concerned with analytical thought, situation determination, planning ability, duty control ability, organization control ability, risk taking, organization balance ability, and team building which are required as business ability to the examinee terminal; an answer information storage means for receiving input information for alternatives of answers inputted from the examinee from the examinee terminal and storing the received data; and a deviation calculation means for calculating the deviation of each ability of the examinee on the basis of a result obtained by adding points distributed to each ability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
