A supply device of medium to be printed, with which a guide part can easily be engaged and fixed to a roll paper support axis by one hand even if a diameter of a tubular body such as a paper tube to which the medium to be printed is wound is large and a diameter of the roll paper support axis is large, is provided. A boss part (12) having a peripheral face formed of a pair of arc faces (121) where a main axis (C) is set to be a center and positioning grooves formed of a plurality of grooves orthogonal with an axis are made and of a pair of parallel planes (122) arranged in equal positions from the main axis (C) is used. A positioning piece (145) which extends onto an arc face of the boss part (12) in a state where it is engaged with the boss part (12) and in which a groove part (144) engaged with the positioning groove is formed, and an operation piece (146) which extends on the plane (122) of the boss part (12) and detaches engagement of the positioning groove and the groove part (144) of the positioning piece (145) are installed in a second guide part (14).
