PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve using containers such as spray cleaner upside down. SOLUTION: Two spherical valves are provided. Liquid is sucked in from an entrance 1 by sucking of a pump during normal use, valves 2, 4 are raised, and the liquid is sucked into the pump. A valve 8 is negatively pressured on the exit side to prevent air entering from an entrance 6. In case of using a container upside down valves 2, 7 move to positions 3, 8 by their own weight, liquid is sucked in by the sucking of the pump from 6, valves 8, 4 are raised, and the liquid is sucked into the pump. The valve 2 is negatively pressured on the exit side to prevent air entering from the entrance 1. Valves 2, 8 are made of metal as they need to be heavy.
