A torque sensor and an electric power steering device with the same are provided to sense the change of a magnetic field between collectors in case the rotation displacement of an input axis to an output axis is low by improving the change rate of the magnetic field between the collectors to the rotation displacement of the input axis. A torque sensor and an electric power steering device with the same comprise an annular magnetic(110), a first stator(120), a second stator(130), a first collector(140), a second collector(150), and a hall element(160). In the annular magnetic, N pole and S pole are alternately arranged. The first and the second stators include a pair of magnetic substance rings which is magnetized by the annular magnetic. The first collector is inserted between a pair of magnetic substance rings(122,124) included in the first stator. The first collector is magnetized by a pair of magnetic substance rings. The second collector is inserted between a pair of magnetic substance rings(132,134) included in the second stator. The second collector is magnetized by a pair of magnetic substance rings. The hall element senses the magnetic flux change amount of magnetic field formed between the first collector and the second collector.
