<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium to which contents can be copied in an RTR mode, but copy-prohibited DVD video contents can not be copied at a DVD compatible mode, and copy-not prohibited video contents can be copied at least once. <P>SOLUTION: In an optical disk D in which a first read-in information area LI1 provided in correspondence to an RTR mode and a second read-in information area LI2 provided in correspondence to a DVD compatible mode are formed in a read-in area LI and a contents-recording data area DA is formed, the area LI1 is an area to which read-in information corresponding to contents recorded to the data area DA is recorded by a depth d1, and the area LI2 is an area in which the read-in information, except a CSS key, corresponding to the contents recorded to the data area DA is formed with a prepit of depth d2 which is deeper than the depth d1 and to which the read-in information except the CSS key is recorded by the depth d1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
