<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication failure on a network early. <P>SOLUTION: A communication monitoring device 100 detects first transmission information from a communication terminal to a communication server, detects reply information to be replied to the first transmission information, measures a response time from the detection of the first transmission information to the detection of the reply information, includes a second transmission information detection means for detecting second transmission information from the communication terminal corresponding to the reply information to the communication server, measures a response time from the detection of the reply information to the detection of the second transmission information, stores multiple first response times and multiple second response times measured within a prescribed time period, and detects communication failures occurring between the communication terminal and communication server by comparing the accumulated multiple first response times and the accumulated multiple second response times. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
