PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a function to suppress heat generation in a portable terminal unit under charging, to a desk holder for charging the portable terminal unit. SOLUTION: In a portable terminal under charging heat radiation system, a desk holder 102 which can be charged by placing the portable terminal unit 101 thereon is used. Arrangement is performed so that an endothermic surface comes into contact with a lower surface of the portable terminal unit placed on the desk holder, while measuring the temperature of the placed portable terminal unit by a temperature sensor 103. A Peltier element 104, where a heat radiation surface is arranged toward the bottom surface of the desk holder, absorbs heat generated in the portable terminal unit by charging for discharging to a heat sink 105 connected to the bottom surface side of the desk holder. A fan 106 performs ventilation cooling to the heat sink, thus maintaining the temperature of the portable terminal unit under charging within a prescribed temperature range.
