PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize rotation of a storage drum by effectively suppressing a rear end part of the storage drum from being floated up by scrubbing between a feed blade possessed by the storage drum and a fixed blade possessed by a closing body when a collected article is stored in the storage drum. SOLUTION: In a collection vehicle, a front end of the storage drum 2 rotatably mounted on a vehicle base 1 of a vehicle is supported by the vehicle base 1 through a rotation means 4, whereas a drum ring 5 possessed by a rear end part 21b of the storage drum 2 on an outer periphery is supported by rollers 6 arranged at left and right sides on a rear end part 1a of the vehicle base 1, and a rear end opening 2a of the storage drum 2 is releasably closed by the closing body 3. One or more upper rollers 7 are adjacently placed on an outer periphery of the drum ring 5 so as to be opposed to the rollers 6 arranged at left and right sides on the rear end part 1a of the vehicle base 1, and a retaining means 8 for retaining the upper roller 7 openably/closably couples the closing body 3.
