<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a vane capable of preventing the deformation of a vane during the operation of an oil rotary vacuum pump. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the vane is for manufacturing the vane 30 having at least a part composed of a resin material and used for the oil rotary vacuum pump, and includes an oil impregnation process "c" for impregnating oil 90 used for the oil rotary vacuum pump into a roughly-machined product 32 before a final machining process "d" for finishing a final shaped product 30 to a final shape. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
